ELLIE DRAKE
- KIM ROSE: Good morning, this is Kim Rose with MLM Secrets for Women , and today ladies, we’ve got Ellie Drake . Ellie is a keener speaker and successful entrepreneur , she’s the CEO of Brave hart Productions , and she is the woman who is just really inspired us by all that she’s done . She speaks from the core of her soul and inspires her audiences , audiences that she has taught about the American Dream, the land of liberty and free enterprise . Ellie can make you laugh, cry , as she motivates us and share the importance of living a passionate, up filling and balanced life . She’s been in the work marketing as a top income earner, and as a result she was able to share what she does and what it works and why does it work . She was a full-time doctor and managed to awful build this phenomenal carrier in this industry and now she’s inspiring others to do . So today I’m really excited to have E with us . E are you there ?- ELLIE DRAKE : I am here .- KIM : Thank you so much for joining us .- ELLIE : Absolutely , thank you for having me , Kim .- KIM : Thank you , you know listeners , OK, let’s just start this briefly because I love the fact that you’re really the poster person , the picture of the image of the American dream . Can you just kind of showing us briefly what the American dream means to you and why ?- ELLIE :Absolutely, absolutely . You know, I came to America 15 years ago and I always said I came to America with a light load and a lofty dream , because I remember walking to the airport as I noticed that I was coming to this zone of unknown holding a very small suitcase in my hand . And I knew that I had a lofty dream and I always say that a light load and a lofty dream is what we require in life and in business , because we can’t get up every morning if we are not aware of what’s going on within us , than we come to carry this huge load that gets in the way of momentum . And it’s an emotional load . And so , you know, the American dream means a lot to me , because it was my opportunity to come to this country from a very repressed country and so I know that whatever my dreams and passions and desires were on the inside that I had the choice to pursue my dreams . And I still believe in the principle that says when you are pointing a finger at someone, there’s tree fingers pointing right back at you because in this country and in this industry , if I don’t allow myself to be successful , then that’s only me that’s getting in the way . And I really realized that as long as I allowed myself to be committed, consistent and passionate than I’ll be get up every day and say what am I gonna do today ? That will assist me to take that one step in the direction of my goal and the direction of the purpose that I know I was born to accomplish . How can I receive today , how can I contribute today ? How can I push myself beyond my imaginary limits and boundaries and what can I do today just one thing, just today , what can I do that will make me feel good about accomplishing results in my life , and that kind of principle with that kind of consistency has allowed me to come to this country with what I call a very heavy accent, a really bad grammar, really little resources and as a matter of fact , as I speak I’m sure the listeners will pick up this underline 7/11 accent that I have kept still . And so I say, you know, what am I gonna do and how am I ever gone push myself today, and yet still have challenges in my life and I’ll have circumstances but you know they’re only excuses . If the dream is big enough , and you actually mentioned , Kim, that I was a full time practicing doctor , I actually graduated as a healthcare professional , a 16000 $ in student loan debt and I actually decided to do network marketing direct sales , a home-based industry instead of practicing as a doctor .- KIM : Wow, so , when I hear that , I’m thinking your parents must have been what, I mean what are they thinking ?- ELLIE :You know, it’s a very interesting question , my parents have said : “ E, when we will take you to America you’re gonna become a doctor, cause we’re gonna make all the sacrifices , we’ll gonna work really hard , you’re gonna become a doctor , and then the fact you know , of just being a doctor .- KIM : And once you decided not to be a practicing physician I mean , that had to be difficult for them, I would think, for the average parents it would be ?- ELLIE :Kim, I’m here .- KIM : That’s OK.- ELLIE : So repeat ..- KIM : I was thinking for the average parent that would be difficult , their daughter coming to this country , they have high hopes , a physicianist , you know, a highly regarded professionist and she walks in and says after all this hard work I’m gonna be in a home –based business industry .. That had to been a shock .- ELLIE : Absolutely, it was a very big shock . As a matter of fact they said :” E , we thought you were smart, E, we brought you to America , you’re a doctor you wanna do what instead ? “ Than I remembered I heard in this industry , people that love you, they love you and they want to protect you , but they’re not within you and you got to realize that you have one life to live and if you live it correctly once is enough .- KIM :I love that , I love that . You found yourself in this home based business industry where unfortunately many people don’t succeed but you come here and you, just a sort of speech , burn it up . You bring the passion that you have to this country and you just create some amazing things, and one of the things that you are talking about is the art of connecting . And you know, we hear in this industry that relationships are everything . Yet, what does it really mean , the art of connecting as at related to this business ?- ELLIE : OK, it’s also a very good question , Kim, what have you just asked me about what my parents had thought . You have to connect with the reason that is bigger than you in order for you to nurish your certainty and I always say when your certainty far exceeds the world , that will always follow you . And, when I first told my parents, you know, they said that’s crazy, but I remember once again because of what I heard in this industry that you only live once, and if you live it correctly according to your passions and desires can be not enough but you can make a difference in the world as well . So , I said to my parents, you know, I’m connected with this reason, and I’m gonna stay truth to this reason and I remember when I came back and they finally saw the 2000, 3000, 4000 $ per month checks , oh “ you’re so smart “ , we’re trying to take credits for my accomplishments , that’s just fine too . But to connect with the reason , was the reason why I call emotional vitality in this industry because we come to have motivation which is fine , motivation in the brain , but motivation can also have a tendency to bring only about what I call emotional or sugar high radar . But inspiration is inside of you and when you connect with that inspiration , than you’re inspired . and in the words of Emerson , he said “ Who you are thunders so loudly I can’t hear what you say “ . So when you connect with a reason that inspires you that level of inspiration will then transferring subliminally to your prospects on the world . That’s the first stage in connecting . Are you intro connected or are you just driving to be inter connected , and that’s inter connected, that’s it . Let me just connect with my prospects because that’s all I have to do . Well in addition to that, you also have to be intra-connected ; it’s not what you say , that’s the most important thing , it’s how you feel when you say what you say , that’s even more important . - KIM : Wow, so that what the speech shows. It reminds me of the attraction when you say, it’s the feeling that’s behind it . So why is the feeling as important or even more important to what you just said ?- ELLIE : Well , you imagine an aisberg, Kim . The top of the aisberg can be what we say, the content , the words , but if you look, you see the top of the aisberg, out of the water, but underneath the water , where you can’t see that’s the bigger foundation upon which the tip is created . So the foundation is within us . It’s within us at a subconscious level . What I say is important , what I say to my prospects, “ Let’s get your business started ! “What club would you like to join ? What kind of credit card would you like to use ? You know, are you in , are you out, all of that . And what’s beyond it, if I’m saying Let’s go and get your business started , but then I have a feeling on the inside or the voices on the inside are saying something like “ But I don’t deserve this “ or “ Oh. Don’t join because if you join how am I supposed to lead you , I haven’t made any money yet “ or “ What if you join and you don’t become successful the burden of failing it’s gonna become something I am not able to handle ? “ . And so those voices on the inside then infuse, get infused, into our emotional psychological voice which then catters to the pattern in our prospects or it catters to the potential in our prospects .- KIM : You know, let’;s talk a little more time on that.. about the potential in our prospects . What do you mean by that ?- ELLIE :You know, when I speak with you , Kim, and you’re hearing what I’m saying , there’s something that’s going on within me but that you feel at a subconscious level also . And. You know, they’re many emotions that we can tap in to the emotions such as guilt, and fear and doubt and emotions such as undecideness, un anxiousness but there are emotions such as decide ness and eagerness and willingness within us and peace and joy and all of that . So, my job than becomes “ Am I aware to manage my own emotions because you are going to be resonated with the emotions that come from within us . In other words, my emotion would be activating your own emotions , but the ones that resonate with the ones that I am feeling . So, if I’m feeling doubt and then I tell you “ Let’s get your business started !” I’m gonna be activate the doubt within you .- KIM : Oh, I get that, I love that . It was an A-HA moment for me as well ..- ELLIE : Very good, very good ..- KIM : So, how does one , sort of speak, quiet those voices, or do you quiet them ? How do you work to get that inner connection so you can have that inner vibration with someone else ?- ELLIE : OK .The first thing you have to do is you got to be opened to the process of change . So often we are so afraid of change because we get overwhelmed by the thought of change and I’ll tell you what’s the meaning of being overwhelmed . We get overwhelmed when our external life , the external situations in our life can no longer be supported by that internal map of reality . , that’s no longer relevant to who we are today .- KIM : Oh..- ELLIE : That’s the meaning of being overwhelmed . And the reason why we are resistant to change is because we subconsciously we say what if we change , than what’s gonna happen to the people in my life , are they still gonna like me ? Am I gonna end up lonely ? What about the responsibility of success? And we don’t realize that the truth is , the absolute truth is that not everyone will celebrate your empowerment . - KIM : That now I’m hearing in my mind and probably other women are saying “ What?” I mean that’s hard to believe or embrace, you know, we understand the work of other people, everybody’s happy for your success, but you wanna believe in this industry , people’s always gonna be happy for your success or empowered by it and you say so !- ELLIE : I’m saying that on a conscious level , not necessary so, maybe at a subconscious level that’s a pattern we all have . Then if I become successful I may end up lonely. , because they may not be happy because I’m stretching other people when I grow . It could be my son, it could be my partner, could be my family , could be my friend, my neighbors , it doesn’t matter .So the subconscieous pattern that we all have and what happens is we subconsciously once again , this is all subconsciously, , we are thinking that is happening without us being aware of it happening . For instance, your heart is beating every Day, but you don’t have to know the details of what’s happening , it’s happening. OK, so it’s subconscious and so it happens that we have a tendency to negotiate our own empowerment or negotiate our own higher potential so the fact that we don’t want to stretch other people or to possibly make them intimidated is a subconscious pattern so what I do for daily basis is that subconscious program is running , the thought of who I am then , want to step forward upper cross me we’ll get overwhelmed easily, I’ll make one call and then the prospect will say thery’re not ready on our goal , so I wouldn’t do it any more, I’ll do it tomorrow , that’s all I have to say here ..- KIM : Wow !- ELLIE : Because we’re overwhelmed once again the inner map of reality is kicking in ..Kim, when you and me first got on this call , I didn’t think this will going to turn into an intense conversation..- KIM : Yeah..So, go ahead..- ELLIE : That’s OK, but even if you look at it to change it just for a little bit and I heard that your audience is mostly women ..- KIM : Absolutely .- ELLIE : To really look at it , you know, I have things that I call unleashing to brave heart women on the inside .All about brave heart women and Brave heart Productions it’s all about reality , being humble on the inside and bold on the outside . But, thou I’ll tell you , we have a tendency especially as women to be humble on the inside , but than we are not bold on the outside because we equate boldness with assessments . And for any other people that get to know me they get to realize that I’m not am aggressive person at all . Yet I am humble on the inside and bold on the outside because I realized a long time ago that if I weren’t bold in a way I actually bringing my ego into the equation . Because if I’m not bold and go for what I want , then in a way I’m saying I’m not gonna ask for what I want ; because I’m gonna be humble on the inside , they should just join me for that, or if I’m bold and then they tell me no, than I’m gonna look for situations to be offended by , and then I’m gonna say “ You know what, I think I’m resilient enough and strong enough to realize that which does not kill me will only make me stronger .”So then I realized that a while I’m gonna practice humility on the inside and boldness on the outside . And I started building my business, and I was one of the people to going and become successful over night , I wanted to be , but I had to learn something..after a few years I started having tremendous success with what I was , you know , creating a multiple figure income, very successful, thousands of people in my team , never practiced as a doctor. I was able to really be able to receive and give at the same time , and as I mentioned here, because as women, we had to be closed off receiving . We just think that we have a program within because it’s selfish to receive, I just got to give, give, give .Or if you’re thinking about when you’re alone filling your own cup , how can you overflow to give ? When you’re sitting on a plane that you say God forbid to have any challenges , you’ll put on your oxygen mask first and then put it on your child ? So make sure is not about being selfish, is about being or self centered , it’s about being centered in self. It’s about standing in the gravity of who you are , knowing that you’re alluded and grounded enough to be able to be unchangeable and unshakeable on the inside , yet flexible on the outside . And si when I started realizing that ‘s what I’m gonna do and I started opening myself to receiving and then opening myself up to giving . On my web site BRAVEWOMEN .COM you’ll see that on that we have so many things, for instance I have pictures of the kids I’m supporting right now in Peru, and Brave heart Education Center , things that really describe perhaps a portion of what I do in foreign contribution , but, Kimmy, we would not have all that if I didn’t allowed myself to be bold and go forward and ask for what I want , it would not had allowed me to do that when I started realizing what that boldness or what money that could bring and how I can make a difference in the world . I said to myself who am I to get in the way of that ? I’m gonna get up earlier in the morning , I’m gonna stay later at night, I’m going to take more notes, I’m going to take more rejections and not look for situations to be offended by, because if this is what success boldness and money can bring , then I’ll get out on my own way … I got a husband with 260 pounds and always hungry . As a matter of fact, he’s from NY and he’s so hungry he eats the G at the end of STARVING .. He eats the G at the end of starving . He always says I’m starving, I’m starving .. He eats the G at the end of starving he’s so hungry . And I have a 4 and ½ years friend pet , he requires my attention all the time but if you come at my office at about 8,30 or 9 o’clock in the night you’ll see that he’s under my desk with his Spiderman pillow and on a blanket , and my foot is usually on his hip , rocking him to sleep , and I can be on a conference with 200 people . So, there are no excuses when the dream is big enough ; you can be channeling your pain into pleasure, channel your circumstances into opportunity . - KIM : I love that, I love that ..As I know for some women they’re juggling , we’re juggling, they got children .. I don’t have a full life, but I admire women who have their own children , families, nephews, jobs and they juggle with .. I love when you talk about knowing your ride is big enough, you’re bold enough to move forward- ELLIE : That’s right..- KIM : When you made the decision, when you look at that, what was the A-HA moment for you ? When you said THIS IS IT, WHATEVER IT TAKES, I’M GOING TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN what was the A-HA moment and what have you learn from it ?- ELLIE : Now I’m gonna share 2 stories with you no.1 is about when I started my professional school this is like the last 4 years of becoming a doctor and I’m sitting in class one day , I was in my 20’s or something and there was a gentleman sitting in front of me, on the row in front of me ,and he was in his late 30’s and had 4 kids and he started a little bit later then the rest of us ; another person sitting next to me said “ My God, do you know that when we go home we have 4-5 hours to study what we’ve learned otherwise we will not pass our classes ? “ And all the sudden I got overwhelmed by I knew it by I still got overwhelmed just hearing it again . And then the gentleman in front who had a few kids , came to school to become a doctor said “ Well so what You know, I have y now ? “to get a job 30-40 hours a week if I don’t do this ,so I’m just gonna act as if I’m my own boss and I’ll study instead .” And then , some other day, I was sitting in class and instructor came in and all of the students in their mid 20’s or 30’s and there is a gentleman in the class who is in his mid 50’s .He was starting the professional school to become a doctor and the instructor says “ Excuse me sir,You, why now ? And he says something like “ It’s not now when, it’s not me who” and there he went to say” 5 years from now I will be here anyway so I might as well do something so that when I look back I could be celebrating versus explaining .- KIM : Wow..- ELLIE : So then that stayed with me and I entered this industry what my father told me also stayed with me;because when I first landed in America we were driving from Miami to Fort Lauderdale … and I haven’t seen my dad for almost 2 years and I thought he’s gonna have some surprises for me haven’t seen me for some while and he pulled over on the side of the highway, turned around, looked in my eyes with his eyes full of tears and said “ E I just want you to look back at the bridge that you just crossed I want you to burn that bridge because in spite of all the challenges you may go through you have just entered the country where if you have a dream and you’re willing to be committed and persistent you will achieve them in this land of opportunity . Putting all of those stories together I said to myself listen : “ 2 years from now I will be here ; 7 years from now I will be here ; I could be sitting in my office as a doctor practicing all day which is fine , but is still exchanging time for money knowing that the bigger my practice got the more would own me , having to deal with insurance companies or I can do what these people are doing . I heard in this industry 2 things that assisted me as well they said “ Ignorance on fire is a whole lot more productive than knowledge on ice “ and the second thing that they said is , of course, ‘ That which will not kill you will only make you stronger “, go ahead and strengthen Your rejection motto and then be coachable so I do follow that and if other people have done it than I can do it . I’m just going to be coachable and teachable so one of my biggest assets even up to this point as a generic speaker in the industry is I’m coachable if you say something to me or in front of me or you share something and it is in harmony with my integrity I woun’t question it I’ll say listen you ‘ve done a work for you , good for you, I admire you , I won’t criticize myself for the fact that I’m not there yet and I ‘m gonna learn something from you today cause I too believe that God’s greatest gift to all of us is other people who have done what we wanna do .- KIM : Hm.. - ELLIE : So that they can show us the way…we are coachable, absolutely . Absolutely, as long as we are coachable we can go in that direction Kim - KIM : We talked about the tip of the aisberg in only 15 % of success in network marketing .And the rest is the foundation . What are some of the other elements that make out that foundation ?- ELLIE : You know, one thing I want you to consider as you’re listening to this call is this : where are you coming from I assume you’re building your business , you’re looking in to get involved in the business , where are you coming from on a daily basis when you built your business ? From the bottom , when it comes to our thinking I’m gonna work my way up until the top . Do you come from I NEED TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN , cause if you come from I NEED TO MAKE IT HAPPEN , you’re coming from a place that only is pro viable which is the essence of surviving only or wanting to survive only as lack . If you come from a place a little higher up , the place of I HAVE TO ,you come from a feeling and energy , as subliminal message of security; if you come from I WANT TO , you come from social game ; who comes from I CHOOSE TO you come from self-development ; if you come from I LOVE TO , you come from self-realization ; if you come from the ultimate, which as I am CALLED TO you come from inspiration . Now that level of inspiration is the bottom level that I need to and I got to make this happen and this is aspiration . And according to whether you’re inspired or you’re desperate you’ll be attracting to yourself people , circumstances and situations that will fulfill who you are on the inside to begin with .And so that’s the bottom of ice, that’s the foundation . So first you got to become aware of what am I gonna be thinking on a daily basis cause your thoughts are creating your feeling and your feelings are creating your reality . So what am I thinking , where am I coming from and can I go forward, can I go toward I CHOOSE TO, I LOVE TO it’s not a CAN I it’s a WILL I ? Am I gonna allow myself to have the courage that I require to go forward and the essence of courage , the essence of courage is not a guarantee . Essence of courage is trust, can I trust and you know I always say this principle to myself which contributes to the bottom of this foundation , it contributes to your certainty ,to my certainty and when your certainty far exceeds the world,s doubts that’s when they’re gonna follow you .And so what I say is how I’m gonna do it is non of my business , all I know is I’m going to begin , I’m gonna jump and develop my wings on the way down , there’s a little analogy as the mother eagle told the baby eagle : and the mother eagle told the baby eagle “ Go ahead and fly , you can fly ,you’re the best at it “ and the baby eagle that hasn’t fly before yet “ I haven’t flown before “ the baby eagle said “ But I’m afraid “ and the mother eagle said “ Go ahead, you can fly, “ and the baby eagle said “ I’m afraid “ and the mother eagle wondered “ Why is it that the thrill of flowing comes with the fear of falling ?” And that is so important in life the thrill of flowing comes with the fear of falling but the trick is not to take the fear of falling and make it a label of your identity . To realize that is there and we all feel that , to feel the fear trust and go on anyway .And as you experience the thrill of flowing than the fear of falling becomes more and more insignificant. What it requires is that you have the courage and the trust to go forward today and you know what ? only focus on today , cause tomorrow hasn’t happened yet ; today is all we have so what can I do today that will allow me, how can I trust today ? And you know what , trust today that raises my vibration , my energy, it raises my certainty and remember again , “who you are thunders so loudly I can’t hear what you say “ .-KIM : I love that ..if a woman is listening to this call now : “ OK, E, I’m gonna try and I wanna build that foundation and get to the place where I’m called to”, what would you tell her she should do ? right after she listens to this call ?- ELLIE : OK, you know, once again I’m going back to that coach ability I truly believe Kim that the one thing because of me be coachable I would of gone in my own way probably over 1000 times already . I would of said it’s not working , I can’t flow , I can’t make it , the money you should of have them yesterday, all those expectations would gone in my own way and I remember the coach ability factor , the fact that I live in 2 cities , the fact that I read books , the fact that I listened conference calls such as this and I always say IMAGINE A BALL OF GLUE ; you stick your hands in the ball of glue , when you take your hand out you’re gonna have some glue sticked to it but if you keep sticking your hand in the ball of glue after a while you’re gonna have a lot of glue sticking to it and if you take a rubber band , this is another analogy besides the glue , if you take your rubber band and you stretch one of the ends of the rubber band wants you to let go of it because it’s uncomfortable with this “ Oh, I’m being stretched, let me go “ so that it can come back to its original comfort zone but if you keep stretching and stretching little by little when you let it go it will come back but not to his original place cause it will grow and the stretch , the change will be permanent . Take 2 stones to analogy, the first one is be coachable and the second one is to realize that maybe a little uncomfortable to begin with but understand that’s your period of transition . Most people quit in the way of success , most people quit during their own period of transition , because it’s a call with the ladies right now I’m gonna actually talk for those of you who have children , who have given birth . If you gone to any of those classes that teach you to the moment to have a natural birth , if you remember there’s one thing that they teach you that there’s a point in the delivery process that you’re gonna have a period, you’re gonna have a time called THE TRANSITIONAL PERIOD , during that 45 min of transition you’re gonna fell like I can’t take it any more but they say “ If you can stay aware in those 45 min period breath and go trough it and go forward you’re gonna be fine and then you can deliver 100% naturally . You know that 100% of the people that go trough that period of transition during giving birth actually end up doing the whole natural birth .But 100% of the people who lose this during the period of transition and have an epidural and I was one of them I said“ I can’t take it, give it to me now !!!! “ and it was during this period of transition and I remember at the end when I was all relaxed because of the epidural I said “ Oh , that was my transition period , wasn’t it ?” and so our job becomes to be aware enough to realize that anytime you’re gonna start a journey you’re gonna have a level of chaos, a level of transition , but how long that chaos or transition lasts ? Depends of 2 things :you’re either resisting yet or embracing it ; you’re beating yourself up for it or you accepting it ;and if you accept and embrace this is the beginning of me getting to a new level , this is my period of transition then everything else will flow a whole lot more effortlessly . And one of the things that I always teach, Kim , this is a universal thing Kim, I came from another country , and in my own language my father said “ If you want to get the treasure you’ll have to break your back “ or “ You’ve got to work really hard, you have to pay your dues in order for you to become successful .”So, that’s become one of our unconscious automatic responses within our brain . So, every time I look at becoming successful the pattern says “ You go to work really hard ,it’s got to be really hard “ . So I said, you know , who says success had to be hard anyway ?I saw that looking objectively and that is not to judge any one , this is the resonant damn, there is only us . And I’ve been in a place where I’ve been very desperate myself , so there is no judgment going on at all , this is just objectively looking at . And if you look, most people who don’t have success are the one to say success has to be difficult , so why am I learning from them ? or from us at level . So I say , what I can do I’m gonna change that I’m gonna say you know what , success can be very easy as a matter of fact I started loving the word easy .I got up every day and said today it’s gonna be so easy , so effortless, I started laughing to myself , but then I started lighting the feeling then I developed the principle of “ It’s easier done than said “so a couple of times I said that on the stage and people would think I said IT’S EASIER DONE THAN SAID because I was making a mistake because I was an emigrant . But then they said “ NO,no, no, keep saying that you must mean it “ and I said “ Yes, it’s easier done than said , why ? because the burden of waisted potential is the biggest burden of all . So I rather do something everyday that takes me in the direction of creating a life for me, for my family and beyond rather than thinking about doing it , because that load of that waisted potential on my shoulders is actually me working a lot more harder , being emotionally connected , being drained rather than trusting and going forward one step at the time .- KIM : Wow, that’s beautiful..i’d love to share your program with the art of connecting and a lot of the ladies that listen today they want success as it defined for them .For some people it’s 500$ a month , for some people is to get their children to college, for some is to get out from the job and be able to come home and be a mom , whatever it is , what can the art of connecting, the program that you designed help do for the women who have aspiring to their dreams they have ?- ELLIE : The art of connecting is a fabulous program ,Kim, is not a motivational-based program and I love that motivation , and I love giving a keen an speech , I inspire people where I go , I love doing that also and I have other programs that will give you that motivation and inspiration to make you more like do it right now . But the art of connecting is a program that’s different and that art of connecting is a program that you should work with your subconscious mind and I actually recommend not to listen at the art of connecting while you’re driving because it’s designed in a way to relly start working with your subconscious mind and it actually puts you in a place of ease and you actually feel that you want to put your head down and relax. And so the art of connecting is a program that you listen when you’re awake and I certainly recommend you to do that , not when you’re driving ; and also when you’re sleeping cause when you’re sleeping, the way it’s designed it’s working with your subconscious mind anyway .So, if you listen to this program a couple of times and get a couple of things from it and the majority of the change that occurs by listening to the art of connection at subconscious change .You don’t go “ I think I got that consciously” you do get it consciously, but you also get it beyond , on a bigger level subconsciously . So it’s a very powerful program that will assist you to really start reprogramming and letting go on releasing some of the patterns that are getting in the way , some of the blocks that are getting in the way .
